Delivery conditions

  1. Online store e-led.lv (hereinafter – Internet store) performs delivery in accordance with the conditions indicated in the description of the goods to be purchased, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
  2. The following delivery methods are available in the online store:
    • DPD Pickup – delivery of goods to your chosen DPD Package Cabinet. Delivery of the order with DPD Pickup can be ordered if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions of 30 x 40 x 60 cm and weight up to 20 kg. After delivery of the parcel, DPD courier will inform you about the delivery in the form of an SMS;
    • DPD courier – delivery of goods to the delivery address specified by you. The courier delivers the product directly to the customer. Prior to delivery, the courier shall contact the user who placed the order (hereinafter – the Buyer) or a person designated by him (hereinafter – the Recipient) by telephone and specify the time and place of delivery.
  3. Delivery times for the goods in the Online Store differ depending on the manufacturer, so please contact (+371) 27726377 or info@e-led.lv for the exact delivery time of the ordered goods .
  4. The buyer has the following obligations:
    • to accept the goods on the agreed day of delivery, present the goods payment documents and sign the bill of lading;
    • by DPD Pickup within 7 days from the moment when the courier has contacted you by SMS. If the Recipient has not removed the product within the specified period (7 days), it will be returned to the Online Store. In this case, the Buyer is offered the possibility of repeated delivery of the goods by paying for all transport costs incurred by the Online Store. Otherwise, the money for the goods is refunded, less transport costs;
    • upon receipt of the parcel from the DPD Parcel Cabinet, the PIN codes sent to the Buyer by SMS and / or e-mail must be entered;
    • any person who can enter the PIN codes sent to the Buyer can receive the parcel in the DPD Parcel Cabinet;
    • courier deliveries, to ensure delivery transport access to the place of delivery of the goods at a distance of at least 50 meters and to cover all related costs specified in legislation (entry permits, passes);
    • to ensure a sufficient number of people (according to the dimensions and weight of the goods) to receive the goods;
    • bulky goods are ordered (weight exceeds 31.5 kg), unloading must be ensured by the Recipient;
    • large consignments is performed only by freight vehicles. The buyer must guarantee the conditions for the truck to reach the desired unloading location, otherwise the cargo will not be delivered. In this case, the Buyer is offered the possibility of repeated delivery of the goods by paying for all transport costs incurred by the Online Store. Otherwise, the money for the goods is refunded, less transport costs;
    • upon acceptance of the goods, the Consignee must present a valid identity document so that the Consignee can be properly identified. If the Recipient cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods have been delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Online Store regarding the delivery of the goods to an unsuitable person;
    • if delivery of the goods by courier is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances depending on the Buyer (the Buyer has provided an incorrect address, the Buyer or the Recipient does not appear at the specified address, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.), then the Buyer is offered repeated delivery transport costs. Otherwise, the money for the product is refunded, less transport costs.
  5. SIA “CREA CONTRAST” is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred in international delivery. Each country has its own rules, and we don’t have the ability to calculate all possible costs. The Buyer is responsible for any taxes or fees payable. We recommend that you contact the local tax authority in your country to find out exactly what taxes, if any, are due.
